AI Security Architect (K/M)

Alior Bank SA is looking for an AI Security Architect to design security architecture for AI/ML solutions, including generative models and LLM, in cloud and hybrid environments across their sites in Kraków, Warszawa, and Gdańsk.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT/Cloud Security architecture.
• Practical experience designing security for AI/ML solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and Microsoft Security Stack.
• Ability to perform risk analysis, including threat modeling and defining mitigations.
• Understanding of specific AI-related threats.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of cloud and AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act).
• Familiarity with GCP and its security solutions.
• Practical experience with Terraform.

• Designing security architecture for AI/ML solutions based on generative models and LLMs in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Defining and implementing control, monitoring, and supervision mechanisms for AI systems.
• Configuring and developing security systems such as Defender for Cloud, Defender for AI, Sentinel, Purview, EDR/XDR.
• Designing and implementing technical security policies for AI solutions, including access controls, logging, auditing, and environment separation.
• Identifying risks and threats related to product deployment, including data leakage, prompt injection, and model poisoning.
• Developing and implementing risk mitigations through technical and process controls.
• Collaborating with teams responsible for regulatory compliance (e.g., RODO, DORA, AI Act).
• Building and promoting AI Security best practices within the organization.
