Senior Engineer - AI Product Engineering

TTMS is a technology company building its internal AI product team focused on creating and developing proprietary artificial intelligence-based products.

• 7+ years of experience as a developer or engineer
• At least one year experience with commercial SaaS digital products
• Experience in a Tech Lead, Dev Lead, Staff Engineer, or similar role
• Experience in creating and developing technological products
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience designing multitenant (SaaS) architectures
• Experience in designing scalable systems
• Knowledge of application security
• Ability to make technological decisions and collaborate within a team
• Technology stack includes Python, Java, React, LLM, GenAI, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), microservices architecture, Cloud, Azure, Cosmos DB, NoSQL databases

Nice to have:

• Experience building AI/GenAI products in the SaaS model
• Experience in MLOps and AI platform engineering
• Leadership experience in developer teams

• Collaborate in a team developing AI-based products, including an AI e-learning authoring tool
• Design and implement architectural changes in systems
• Make key technological decisions
• Build production systems utilizing LLM, GenAI, and RAG
• Cooperate with product and business teams
• Mentor developers and enhance the team's technical level
• Establish engineering and architectural standards
