Cybersecurity Delivery Manager

• Passion for cybersecurity with at least 3 years of experience managing technology projects, including cybersecurity.
• Knowledge and practical application of agile and waterfall project management methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, and Agile PM.
• Analytical skills and experience collaborating with business and IT during functional and technological analyses.
• Ability to make decisions, define goals, and pursue their realization.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.

• Conduct projects and initiatives in cybersecurity from business concept to fulfilling needs.
• Collaborate with business and cybersecurity areas to deliver security solutions in banking product and service development.
• Plan, monitor, communicate, and settle work within assigned projects and initiatives.
• Co-create, plan, and implement cybersecurity strategy.
• Deliver high-quality solutions and continuously improve cybersecurity delivery processes.
