Alior Bank SA is a banking organization actively developing modern relational banking services. The role is within the IT division, focusing on AI domain architecture aligning with IT strategies, regulations, and business goals.
Wymagania
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, data, solutions architecture, or enterprise architecture.
- At least 3 years as a technical leader, senior architect, or domain architect responsible for complex AI, ML, data engineering, MLOps, or data processing systems.
- Practical experience with Azure or GCP cloud and AI/ML and GenAI tools including Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, Vertex AI Enterprise, LangChain/LiteLLM, LLM, RAG, vector databases, model evaluation, and agents.
- Understanding of model limitations, token costs, privacy, security, and model risk.
- Ability to design reference architectures, principles, patterns, guardrails, and architectural decisions for AI and agent systems including human-in-the-loop, autonomy boundaries, and auditability.
- Knowledge of regulated sector requirements and ability to incorporate EU AI Act, DORA, KNF Guidelines, NIS2, and OWASP LLM / Agentic in architecture.
- Experience with AI Governance, model risk, or ISO/IEC 42001 is a plus.
- Proven collaboration skills with Governance, Security, DevOps, Data Science, Product Owners, development teams, and vendors to communicate architectural decisions technically and business-wise.

- Design, develop, and supervise AI solution architectures aligned with IT strategy, security, and business goals.
- Define and maintain principles, patterns, guardrails, and architectural decisions for AI systems and agents, including human-in-the-loop and auditability.
- Select AI models, platforms, and tools such as Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, Vertex AI Enterprise, LangChain/LiteLLM considering costs, security, privacy, vendor lock-in, AI FinOps, and compliance with EU AI Act, DORA, KNF, NIS2, OWASP LLM / Agentic.
- Design integrations of AI agents with domain systems using APIs, MCP, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support transition from classical SDLC to Spec-Driven / Agentic SDLC with repositories in JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, M365.
- Collaborate with development teams and competency centers in agile models to build standards, pattern libraries, knowledge repositories, and provide technical mentoring on safe AI usage.
