Senior Consultant

Convista Consulting Sp. z o.o. operates in the insurance industry, providing consultancy and implementation services related to SAP solutions for insurance companies in Germany and Switzerland.

Business:

• Experience in analyzing and designing business processes
• Knowledge of payment, receivables, liabilities, and financial settlement processes
• Very good knowledge of German language (minimum B2, preferred C1)
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Ability to conduct workshops with clients and business users
• Experience in creating business concepts, functional specifications, and user stories
• Experience collaborating with business clients
• Willingness to travel for business trips to Germany and Switzerland
• Communication skills, initiative, and customer orientation

Technical:

• Several years of experience as a SAP consultant or business consultant
• Experience with SAP FS-CD, SAP FI-CA or SAP PSCD modules
• Experience in SAP configuration (Customizing)
• Experience in SAP implementation and optimization
• Experience with functional, integration, and UAT testing
• Ability to cooperate with development teams and architects
• Experience in implementation or transformation projects
• Ability to independently manage selected project areas

Nice to have:

• Experience in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
• Knowledge of test management
• Experience in leading workstreams, work packages, or subprojects
• Mentoring or coaching experience

• Analyze business requirements of clients from the insurance industry
• Design durable and efficient solutions based on SAP FS-CD best practices and standard functionalities
• Advise on optimization of payment processes, settlements, and receivables management
• Plan, organize, and conduct workshops with clients and project teams
• Develop business concepts, user stories, and functional specifications

• Execute functional tests and support integration and acceptance testing
• Train and support key and end users
