IT Project Manager

Upvanta sp. z o.o. is recruiting for an IT Project Manager role based in Warszawa, offering a hybrid work mode. The company values project management expertise, particularly in IT and logistics/supply chain contexts.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project management; experience in logistics/supply chain is a plus.
• Experience with the Relex tool/system.
• Knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies certified by postgraduate studies or certificates such as Prince2, IPMA, PMI, Agile.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, MS Project, Trello, Confluence.
• Proactive attitude and collaboration-oriented mindset.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions.
• English language proficiency - minimum B2 level.
• Higher education degree.

• Lead IT projects through the full lifecycle: from concept and business analysis to implementation and project closure.
• Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans while ensuring compliance.
• Report ongoing work progress and provide management information for business decisions.
• Manage the project team and coordinate tasks among IT specialists, external suppliers, and business representatives.
• Ensure proper information flow and effective communication with key stakeholders, IT providers, and business partners.
• Maintain quality of work products and project documentation.
• Monitor and support the quality of implementations.
• Contribute to developing project culture and standards of project management within LMP.
