QA Specialist

Invarion builds specialist software for the traffic control and road safety industry. Their products are used globally to design traffic control plans, road layouts, sign arrangements, and other safety-critical visual documentation. The company combines startup-like culture and ambitious expansion plans with the stability of a mature product and a large existing customer base. The engineering team is located in a modern office space in Gdańsk Oliwa.

• Experience in manual software testing for desktop, web, or mobile applications.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with visual elements and layouts.
• Ability to understand broader product quality risks beyond individual test cases.
• Solid understanding of QA processes and experience with improving them.
• Curiosity about modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with development teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience with CAD-like applications, vector graphics, mapping tools, GIS, or other technical software.
• Experience maintaining structured content libraries, templates, symbols, or regulatory content.
• Interest in traffic management, road safety, transportation, and related areas.

• Test desktop, web, and mobile applications by performing exploratory testing, reproducing bugs, validating fixes, and identifying quality risks before release.
• Design and improve QA processes, test cases, regression areas, and release checklists.
• Maintain traffic control sign and template libraries, including quality checks, regulatory updates, and new content creation.
• Review, reproduce, and validate user-reported issues and feedback to ensure users receive appropriate support.
• Review feature and bug documentation for clarity, completeness, and testability.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
