Salesforce Consultant with German

• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant for 2+ years.
• Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ecosystems.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce implementation lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
• English proficiency from Upper-Intermediate or above.
• German proficiency from Advanced or above.

• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Tableau).

• Eliciting and validating business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders across business, IT, and management.
• Translating business needs into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.
• Leading and coordinating the full implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering through design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensuring delivered solutions provide measurable business value and meet defined objectives.
• Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Providing expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities, architecture decisions, and CRM strategy.
• Supporting continuous improvement of Salesforce applications and processes.
• Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
