Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Communications, Growth

• Ideally 5+ years of experience building and operating production ML systems.
• Proficient with data and ML stack including Python, Spark, and Databricks.
• Working knowledge of backend and platform technologies including Go, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
• Strong statistical literacy and ability to design experiments and evaluate model metrics.
• Operational expertise to diagnose and resolve system issues under load.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot.
• Analytical product sense to translate technical initiatives into business value.
• Strong delivery mindset with accountability for project completion.

• Own and enhance machine learning infrastructure, including repositories, developer tooling, and engineering workflows.
• Architect and optimize the Send Decisioning data layer and communication platform integrations.
• Engineer AI-assisted content and asset systems for automated email copy and image selection.
• Build production-grade pipelines and serving layers ensuring reliability and observability.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to transition experimental models into production services.
• Establish ML engineering standards through core repositories, CI/CD templates, and ML platform practices (e.g., Databricks, MLflow).
• Monitor and ensure production reliability, data quality, and latency across communication funnels.
