Wymagania
- Extensive experience in senior, product-focused roles cooperating directly with clients and development teams
- Strong hands-on experience with various requirements exploration and validation techniques
- Practical experience using collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical mindset to extract insights from complex data and systems
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and creating high-quality User Stories
- Ability to engage stakeholders proactively, influence decisions, and drive solution discovery beyond requirements gathering
- Proficiency in English at C1 level enabling seamless cooperation with native speakers
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness for office visits and occasional business trips
Nice to have:
- Practical knowledge of agile delivery, especially Scrum (e.g., PSPO certification)
- Experience working on large-scale corporate projects
- Experience in using AI/LLM-powered tools professionally
Obowiązki
- Represent the client’s Product Owner within the delivery Scrum team to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery
- Own and manage the product backlog by translating complex business requirements into well-defined items and refining and prioritizing them
- Facilitate refinement sessions and guide the development team throughout sprints ensuring clarity of scope and priorities
- Use diverse requirements exploration techniques to gather, validate, and refine business needs continuously
- Leverage AI/LLM-powered tools to enhance analysis of legacy systems
- Collaborate proactively with developers, testers, architects, and client-side stakeholders to address blockers, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks
- Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation including business and technical requirements, process flows, and high-quality User Stories
- Act as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities, challenging assumptions, and recommending solutions to maximize business value
- Support business growth by collaborating with Sales and contributing to pre-sales activities and service offerings evolution
- Communicate fluently in English with international teams
