Starszy Architekt - Rozwiązań IT (k/m)

Agro Aplikacje is a modern in-house software company supporting innovative IT solutions essential for the tasks of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture (ARiMR). The company designs, simplifies, and expands IT projects supporting the digitization of the Polish agricultural sector using modern technologies and flexible project execution approaches.

• Higher education in IT or technical field with at least 4 years experience as IT Solutions Architect or Designer, or secondary IT/technical education with at least 10 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience designing architecture for complex IT systems including web portals, digital platforms, or enterprise-class systems based on multi-layered and microservice architecture.
• Participation in at least 3 projects as Lead or Principal Architect.
• Very good knowledge of standards and notations: TOGAF 9, ArchiMate 3, UML 2, BPMN 2, model C4.
• Practical experience in modeling architecture and documenting solutions using the mentioned standards.
• Knowledge of system integration methods: REST, SOAP, queueing systems, ESB, synchronous and asynchronous integration.
• Experience designing solutions ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture and architectural patterns used in modern IT systems.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and best practices in distributed system design.
• Ability to prepare architectural concepts, diagrams, and technical documentation at the organizational level.
• Experience in architectural supervision of IT project execution.
• Ability to create pre- and post-implementation documentation.
• Experience with tools: Sparx Enterprise Architect, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of best practices, standards, and trends in corporate and solution architecture.
• Highly developed analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in project teams.
• Communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Sparx Procloud Server, Prolaborate and their integration with Jira, Confluence.
• English language skills enabling comfortable use of technical documentation and industry standards.
• Certification: TOGAF Foundation or TOGAF Certified.
• Knowledge of corporate architecture (Enterprise Architecture).
• Experience working in large organizations or public administration projects.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity issues and Security by Design principles.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions and cloud-native architecture.
• Knowledge of container platforms: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• Experience working according to Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or hybrid methodologies.
• Independence and responsibility in task execution.

• Design architecture of solutions in business, application, data, and technology layers according to ICT Strategy and Architectural Principles.
• Develop architectural concepts in collaboration with analysts, developers, infrastructure, cybersecurity experts, and business representatives.
• Design architecture for complex IT systems based on multi-layered and microservice architecture.
• Coordinate architectural dependencies across projects and issue architectural guidelines for internal teams and external suppliers.
• Prepare standards, procedures, recommendations (decisions) in ADR and guidelines in corporate and solution architecture.
• Co-create technical projects, technical documentation, and architectural artifacts.
• Model architecture and business processes using recognized notations and standards.
• Update knowledge in architectural repositories covering current (AS-IS) and target (TO-BE) architecture.
• Provide architectural supervision over initiatives and projects within the organization.
• Identify architectural risks and recommend optimization actions.
• Ensure solutions' compliance with ICT regulations, organizational standards, and market best practices.
