Starszy Programista - Python AI/ML (k/m)

Agro Aplikacje is a modern in-house software company developing innovative IT solutions to support the tasks of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture. The company focuses on designing, simplifying, and expanding IT projects, using modern technologies and flexible project approaches to support the digitalization of the Polish agricultural sector.

• Higher education in IT and/or completed specialized courses with at least 5 years of software development experience in IT systems.
• Very good knowledge of Python 3.12+.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science projects.
• Experience building enterprise-class AI applications and services.
• Knowledge of frameworks: FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy.
• Experience working with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex.
• Knowledge of RAG technology.
• Experience integrating LLM models via API.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of vector databases: pgvector, Qdrant, ChromaDB or similar.
• Familiarity with AI/ML libraries: Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
• Experience creating REST API.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work with Git.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Ability to create technical documentation and analytical problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of PyTorch.
• Knowledge of Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience in fine-tuning language models.
• Knowledge of MLflow.
• Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of MLOps.
• Experience building multi-agent AI systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience integrating AI in data warehouses.

• Designing, building, and developing AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Creating backend services supported by AI/ML models.
• Designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Integrating systems with Large Language Models (LLM) and AI platforms.
• Designing and developing AI agents supporting business processes.
• Developing AI agents for descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analysis.
• Creating and optimizing data processing pipelines.
• Implementing APIs for AI and ML services.
• Collaborating with architects, data analysts, and business teams.
• Performing code reviews and supporting the development of less experienced programmers.
• Ensuring quality, security, and performance of developed solutions.

Candidates must be residents of Poland since no work authorization or remote status allowing work from outside Poland is mentioned.
