Delivery Manager (Polish & English speaking)

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master leading technical delivery teams.
• Commercial experience with data integration, data publication, or backend/ETL systems including understanding of data quality, system integrations, technical dependencies, and operational risks.
• Hands-on execution of Scrum/Agile frameworks, sprint planning, backlog refinement, User Story mapping, Acceptance Criteria, and Definition of Done (DoD).
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence for roadmapping, dependency tracking, and workflow management.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, release planning, and proactive RAID management.
• Fluent in Polish (C1+) and English (C1+); ability to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw or Krakow.
• Ability to bridge local Polish delivery teams with international stakeholders and architects across different time zones (e.g., US East Coast).

Nice to have:

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM/CSM), PMP, or SAFe certifications.
• Hands-on experience coordinating UAT planning, cutover execution, production readiness, and post-release support in data-heavy environments.
• Practical application of metrics (velocity, cycle time, defect rates, release predictability) to optimize team performance.
• Direct experience collaborating with US-based engineering leadership or enterprise architects.

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and maintain Jira/Confluence workspaces.
• Own project roadmaps, milestones, scope changes, budget tracking, and proactive RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management.
• Manage technical dependencies, system integrations, data quality considerations, and operational risks alongside engineering and data teams.
• Act as the bridge between the local delivery team, business stakeholders, operations, and the Lead Architect based in Atlanta.
• Coordinate UAT planning, production readiness, cutover execution, and post-release support.
• Drive continuous improvement using velocity, cycle time, defect rates, and predictability metrics; deliver executive status reports and manage risk escalations.
