Project Manager

• 3–5 years of IT project management experience in professional services or consulting, focusing on Data Engineering, BI, or data-intensive software development.
• Successful management of at least 3 full project lifecycles from presales/scoping through production deployment.
• Excellent knowledge and practical application of Agile (Scrum) methodologies in technical environments.
• Ability to lead discussions about system architecture, data processing, and integrations.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence or equivalent enterprise project management suites.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to maintain schedules overlapping with US-based customers.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience or deep understanding of Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Airflow, or the Big Data ecosystem.
• Experience managing projects on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, or technical cloud/data certifications.

• Lead technology projects from initial analytical workshops and architecture planning through implementation and production deployment.
• Manage cross-functional teams of data engineers, analysts, and backend developers to ensure efficient workflows and high technical standards.
• Coordinate implementation of Databricks-centric data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytical systems.
• Serve as primary point of contact and technical advisor for Fortune 500 stakeholders.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Identify technical bottlenecks, manage risks and change requests, ensuring delivery within budget and timeline.
• Oversee project economics including margins and utilization.
• Develop and document repeatable delivery processes, templates, and playbooks.
• Proactively identify and escalate blockers with proposed solutions.
