Wymagania
- Solid experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Business Manager, Business Unit Manager, Client Portfolio Manager, Account Manager, Line Manager, or Team Leader.
- Relation-oriented attitude including communication skills, customer relationship management, and team management.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate the team.
- Experience in the professional services industry.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Polish.
- Readiness to work on-site at least 20% of the working time in Poznań.
- Readiness for international travel at least 10% of the working time.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the financial industry.
- Experience in blockchain projects.
- Additional foreign language at communicative level (e.g., Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, German).

Account Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients to build strong, long-term relationships.
- Maximize project profitability by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Support new business sales processes.
Line Management:
- Manage and develop the delivery team ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Align career development of team members with project opportunities.
- Set, review, and manage individual performance goals and compensation.
Delivery Management:
- Oversee project execution ensuring resource efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Manage project risks, resource allocation, and operational stability.
- Ensure project revenue and margin targets through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Manage changes in contracts, team composition, and service scope while maintaining profitability.
