Java Lead / Senior Developer

• Very good knowledge of Java and Spring framework, particularly Spring Boot.
• Experience in designing and developing microservice architecture systems.
• Practical knowledge of Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
• Proven experience working with legacy systems and executing modernization and migration projects.
• Experience in payment or financial services projects.
• Practical experience using LLM and AI Agents in software creation.
• Ability to critically assess AI-generated solutions regarding quality, security, and business requirement compliance.
• Experience as a Tech Lead or readiness to take technical leadership responsibility.
• Knowledge of system modernization patterns, including gradual business domain extraction and working with API contracts.
• Analytical and systematic thinking, high engineering culture, and strong focus on solution quality.
• Well-developed communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and clients.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining microservice architecture solutions focusing on system integration, observability, and reliability.
• Modernizing existing systems and refactoring legacy code using migration patterns such as the Strangler Pattern.
• Working with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, including data modeling, performance optimization, and SQL query analysis.
• Using tools based on LLM and AI Agents for code generation, testing, and documentation with responsibility for quality, security, and correctness.
• Conducting code reviews and maintaining high code quality standards under deadline pressure.
• Supporting the team in task estimation and verifying scope and effort assumptions.
• Participating actively in daily team activities including planning, status meetings, and risk/block removal.
• Collaborating with client stakeholders such as architects, domain experts, and project committees, communicating team needs and decisions effectively.
