Project Management Lead

The position is with ITFS, focusing on a hybrid work setup in Wrocław with meetings in the office approximately once every two weeks or month. The project involves managing a large-scale industrial or investment program with a targeted implementation in 2029 within specified scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

• Proven successful experience managing large-scale industrial or investment programs with strict deadlines
• Experience in the production industry (greenfield) including factory layout, material flow, internal logistics, and production ramp-up
• Strong knowledge of integrated production environments including production, infrastructure, media, machinery, and IT/OT systems
• Practical knowledge of planning and control of scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and milestones using the Waterfall methodology
• Ability to manage interdisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholder groups (engineering, production, logistics, ERP, IT/OT, HSE)
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and reporting skills to the Steering Committee
• English language proficiency at minimum B2/C1

Nice to have:

• Experience in the automotive or defense industry

• Manage program execution to meet implementation goals for 2029 within scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Develop critical path, milestones, and escalate risks to the Steering Committee
• Coordinate greenfield production projects covering factory layout, material flow, internal logistics, and production ramp-up
• Ensure integration of production, infrastructure, media, machinery, and IT/OT systems
• Lead interdisciplinary teams and manage key stakeholders including main contractors and engineering partners
