Wymagania
- Secondary education or university degree (IT degree not required)

Obowiązki
- Provide 1st level support for system users in resolving requests
- Manage ticket queue using the Jira system
- Cooperate with customers within the METRO group (non-call center environment)
- Enter data timely into the system following SLA levels
- Monitor ticket queue continuously to reduce open tickets
- Support user access to systems
- Collaborate with own and related teams
- Solve customer issues based on the solution catalogue
- Maintain and develop the solution catalogue
- Ensure the team knowledge base is continuously updated
