• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Higher education in Computer Science or related fields.
• Extensive experience with AI and implementing/configuring it within teams.
• Experience working in fintech and banking domains with complex integrations.
• Expertise in Golang for scalable, distributed backend systems.
• Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Go (goroutines, channels, sync primitives).
• System design focused on high performance and maintainability.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Advanced English proficiency.

• Designing and evolving scalable distributed systems in Go, balancing performance and maintainability.
• Collaborating with Product Managers to refine business goals into technical plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Anticipating and highlighting edge cases, risks, and technical constraints early in planning.
• Representing engineering in meetings with external stakeholders and challenging unrealistic requirements.
• Leading and performing code reviews for senior engineers, ensuring code quality and reliability.
• Driving improvements in CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes.
