• Secondary vocational education in IT (Informatyk).
• Very good work organization, independence, diligence, accuracy, and engagement.
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration including Active Directory.
• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure administration, configuration, and diagnostics.
• Basic knowledge of Linux system administration.
• Communicativeness and ability to work with users and in a team.
• Timeliness and ability to set priorities.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Provide ongoing support to users in the area of computer hardware, software, and IT systems.
• Install, configure and provide technical support for user computers, peripheral devices, and software.
• Administer Microsoft Windows environment, including basic Windows Server services and Active Directory.
• Administer, configure, monitor, and diagnose network infrastructure, resolving ongoing issues.
• Maintain and update inventory of computer hardware, teleinformatics devices, and software in use.
• Execute ongoing purchases of hardware, software, and teleinformatics services according to internal procedures.
