Application Security Specialist – Identity & Access Management Project

The position is within the banking industry, focused on enhancing Identity & Access Management (IAM) using SailPoint IIQ in Gdańsk, Poland.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User admin in SailPoint IIQ.
• Strong understanding of applications and identity access management.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with IAM systems other than SailPoint.
• Certifications related to Identity and Access Management.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards related to data access and security.

• Conduct access reviews and analysis of application security and user access management.
• Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions.
• Assess findings and recommend actions based on business requirements.
• Engage and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather necessary information for actions.
• Collaborate with RACF/IAM experts to formulate action strategies.
• Support onboarding and cleanup efforts for SailPoint IIQ access groups, user access, and service accounts.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities, managing scope changes and risks.

Location requirement: Poland - Gdańsk with preferred hybrid work (3 days per week in office, remote work accepted).
