Wymagania
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations or technical administration
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Experience with ITSM and ITOM ServiceNow modules
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience in integrations (e.g. SOAP, REST)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Fast learning skills
- Availability to work afternoon shifts and participate in a rotating on-call schedule including overnight and weekend coverage
Other Qualifications:
- Working experience in Agile project environments
- ServiceNow certifications
- Knowledge of AngularJS, Ajax
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes and ITIL certifications
Obowiązki
- Configuration and development of ServiceNow for DXC customers
- Administration of ServiceNow instances
- Resolution of incidents
- Preparation of project documentation
- Participation in training and achieving new certifications
- Sharing experience with other team members
