Governance & PMO Workstream Lead

LinkGroup is recruiting for a Governance & PMO Workstream Lead to manage governance and programme management control frameworks in a significant regional transformation programme across the UK&I region.

• Extensive experience establishing and leading Governance/PMO functions within large-scale, complex transformation programmes.
• Exceptional communication skills with credibility to influence, align, and challenge senior leadership.
• Expertise in end-to-end planning, risk management, executive reporting, and delivery controls in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to rapidly identify operational gaps and execute solutions independently.

• Establish and lead the Governance & PMO workstream, maintaining robust decision-making forums, reporting mechanisms, and control frameworks.
• Drive programme planning, cross-workstream dependency management, milestone tracking, and overall delivery assurance.
• Oversee RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), ensuring proactive escalation, mitigation, and resolution.
• Produce high-quality management information and executive-level communications to ensure alignment and stakeholder confidence.
• Ensure all programme milestones align with Corporate Income Tax (CIT) compliance cycles and statutory reporting deadlines.
• Assess existing governance arrangements and implement pragmatic improvements and standardized methodologies across all workstreams.
