BI Developer (Tableau)

LinkGroup is the employer recruiting for the BI Developer position.

• Experience in BI, data analytics, or reporting roles (including internships or working-student experience)
• Hands-on experience building dashboards independently with Tableau
• Strong SQL skills and experience with a cloud data warehouse, preferably Snowflake
• Familiarity with dbt and Git-based workflows
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail, especially on business-critical KPIs
• Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders
• Good command of English (B2+)

Nice to have:

• Background in manufacturing, Quality, or operational reporting
• Experience modernizing or replacing BI/reporting solutions
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Monday
• Exposure to data-quality validation or automated testing

• Build and evolve Tableau dashboards supporting daily business decisions
• Translate business questions into visualizations, KPIs, and reporting solutions
• Analyze data in Snowflake using SQL to understand business logic and identify data issues
• Work with dbt models to improve the analytics layer
• Partner with business users in requirements, demos, and UAT to refine solutions
• Investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting outputs
• Improve existing reporting as business needs evolve
• Document and maintain work according to team development standards
