• Ability to work without main Product Owner.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and teams.
• Prepare reports for high management on project status, blockers, and risks.
• English language proficiency B2.
• Skilled in UML, Jira, Confluence.
• Experience with SQL Client (or other SQL DB), Postman, REST, SOAP, SFTP, ELK stack.
• Experience capturing, analyzing, and documenting business, user, and functional requirements.
• Skilled in prototyping and business process modelling (including BPMN), focused on customer-aligned solutions.
• Tools used include Postman, Swagger, PostgresSQL, UML, BPMN, Camunda, Git, Draw.io, REST API, OpenAPI, gRPC, microservices, databases, and SQL.

• Make decisions on product scope, balancing user impact, technical feasibility, risk, and constraints.
• Engage stakeholders to gather insights and refine product goals and KPIs.
• Ensure backlog readiness with clear, sized, and prioritized items.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and lead sprint reviews and demos.
• Oversee release planning, ensure readiness, and monitor post-launch adoption.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve impediments.
• Integrate agile and Lean principles into product development process; encourage experimentation and adaptation.
