Data Center Technician

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years IT experience with at least 2 years in data center operations or infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with server and network device installation including Rack & Stack.
• Good understanding of rack layouts, PDUs, structured cabling, labeling standards, and asset management.
• Basic networking knowledge including LAN environments, patching, switches, and network connectivity.
• Experience with change management, operational procedures, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation, reporting, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, including manual handling of IT and data center equipment.
• Willingness to travel between multiple locations and possession of valid Category B driving license.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Eligibility to obtain EU Personal Security Clearance at a later stage required.

• Perform commissioning and decommissioning activities for data center infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and removal of servers and network devices.
• Execute Rack & Stack operations, cabling, and initial power-on testing.
• Manage and maintain data center cabling infrastructure with correct routing and secure fastening.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle management, including deliveries, inventory, commissioning, decommissioning, and preparation of equipment.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, maintain asset registers, and report on hardware status.
• Perform hardware maintenance and troubleshooting, including component replacement and RMA coordination.
• Support capacity planning, rack space allocation, infrastructure layout optimization, and coordination with third-party contractors.
• Maintain technical documentation, update maintenance systems, and prepare notifications for maintenance and infrastructure changes.
• Prepare, implement, and support changes to data center and core IT infrastructure according to approved procedures.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and support Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy implementation.

This role is an onsite opportunity in Poland. CVs must be submitted in English. Eligibility to obtain an EU Personal Security Clearance at a later stage is required. The employer complies with GDPR for personal data processing.
