• Advanced software development skills with Git, Python, and TypeScript.
• Experience with AI development including delivering AI solutions at scale.
• Familiarity with AI tools for developers (Amazon Q, Kiro, Claude), coding assistants, and AI agents.
• Practical experience with IDEs (VS Code, IntelliJ).
• Service management experience (ITIL or similar).
• Minimum of 5 years as a Developer.
• Proven collaborative and agile development experience.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with commitment to continuous learning.
• Strong team player.
• Experience in community management, support, or communication handling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• EU citizenship.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in other European languages is a plus.

Software Development:

• Collaborate with team members to write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Show code ownership through team code reviews, SonarQube quality checks, and implementing best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of existing services by identifying optimization opportunities.
• Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure confidence during development and deployment.

Automation and Orchestration:

• Utilize GitLab, CI/CD, and scripting skills to automate deployment and code analysis.
• Suggest and implement automation to streamline deployment, configuration, and monitoring tasks.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with architects, system administrators, and developers to ensure seamless integration.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Engage in knowledge-sharing to contribute to the team’s collective expertise.

Documentation:

• Document code, scripts, and configurations for maintainability and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining squad technical documentation.

• EU citizenship required.
• Fluency in English required.
