AI4Dev Service Owner (m/f/n)

We are supporting a long-term project for a major EU public-sector organization and currently looking for an experienced AI4Dev Service Owner to lead and evolve its AI as a Service offering for software development teams.

• 5+ years as Service Owner, Product Owner, or Product Manager of digital services or platforms (AI domain preferred)
• Experience managing digital services or platforms across lifecycle stages
• Strong stakeholder and community management experience
• Experience working with software engineering or DevOps teams
• Experience defining and managing product or service roadmaps with measurable KPIs
• Strong service ownership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts and use cases across software development lifecycle (code generation, review, testing, documentation)
• Knowledge of AI developer tooling such as AI coding assistants and agentic IDEs including Kiro, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and open source equivalents
• Familiarity with open source AI technologies
• Ability to understand technical concepts and trade-offs without being a hands-on AI engineer
• Comfortable defining and using service metrics to drive decisions
• Fluent English (C1 or higher)
• Experience with AI platforms, AI-enabled services or developer experience (DevEx) products
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants or agentic IDEs in development workflows

Nice to have:

• Agile certification (Scrum, AgilePM or equivalent)
• SAFe certification or experience with SAFe environment
• ITIL Foundation or practical IT service management experience
• Working knowledge of French

• Own the AI4Dev service: vision delivery, roadmap, priorities, and service lifecycle
• Define and track service KPIs including adoption, usage, user satisfaction, and cost
• Report service metrics to stakeholders
• Identify improvement opportunities based on data, feedback, and market trends
• Coordinate technical team to deliver the service
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize user feedback with a feedback loop
• Drive adoption via onboarding, documentation, training, demos, and success stories
• Build and support the AI developer community
• Act as interface between business stakeholders, users, and technical teams
• Drive continuous evolution and adoption of the service
