Senior Machine Learning Engineer

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ML engineering working with models in production environments.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience building cloud-native solutions in the Python ecosystem.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, Generative AI, including RAG systems, agentic workflows, model integration, and inference optimization.
• Experience designing AI agents and multi-step LLM orchestration using tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy, and MCP-compatible ecosystems.
• Solid foundations in machine learning frameworks and deep learning libraries like PyTorch, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI/ML services.
• Knowledge of deploying and monitoring AI models and systems (MLOps, CI/CD, logging, observability).
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience with evaluation and observability tools for GenAI systems (e.g., LangSmith, Ragas).
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems like Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, and Qdrant.
• Strong research interest with ability to analyze scientific papers and apply insights.
• Experience with prompt engineering and building AI UIs using Streamlit or Gradio.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf).

• Work on building ML/LLM pipelines, integrating, evaluating, and optimizing models and agents.
• Build and deploy production-grade ML/LLM pipelines, including data preparation and fine-tuning.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions collaborating with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and MLOps teams.
• Optimize inference performance focusing on latency, cost, and scalability.
• Design and implement AI agents and orchestrate multi-step LLM systems using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
