Senior Network Automation Engineer

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) that uses proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. Founded in 2012 and now operating in 90+ markets, RTB House offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions. The company manages infrastructure processing over 26 million HTTP requests per second across four global data centers.

• Excellent command of a Linux/UNIX environment at System Administrator level or higher.
• Experience with Linux low-level networking tuning and debugging.
• Understanding of network fundamentals including switching, routing (IPv4/IPv6), and TCP/IP.
• Proven experience with dynamic routing protocols, especially BGP.
• Experience with network automation using Ansible and Python.
• Familiarity with data center technologies such as Kubernetes networking, EVPN, VPP, and eBPF.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving environments.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud networking (GCP, AWS) for hybrid environments.

• Execute Linux low-level networking tuning and debugging to optimize OS stack performance.
• Design, expand, and manage global network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) across multiple data centers.
• Work with open-source technologies including SONiC.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using Ansible, Python, and version control.
• Develop daemons, automate builds and testing for the SONiC ecosystem.
• Ensure security, reliability, and scalability through monitoring and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to deliver reliable services.
• Participate in strategic projects like data center expansions and new network component design.
