IT SC Digital Manufactoring Delivery Lead

• Basic experience and understanding of IT delivery, operations, or engineering/project management
• Basic understanding of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Automation
• Knowledge of IT delivery frameworks including ITIL, SLAs, and KPIs
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and external partners
• Ability to adapt delivery methodologies to context
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken

• Take responsibility for a range of Supply Chain IT products
• Conduct product lifecycle management
• Build product lifecycle strategy in collaboration with IT architects
• Ensure delivery aligns with business outcomes, SLAs, and KPIs
• Plan and deliver developments in collaboration with the IT digital manufacturing team and supply chain business
• Manage external service contracts and ensure service standards
• Apply and adapt delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) pragmatically
