IT Administrator - Support Specialist

Komtur Polska and Komtur Care as part of the international Komtur Pharmaceuticals group with 50 years of tradition in the trade of medicinal products. Active on the Polish market since 2005, focused on distribution of specialist preparations for rare therapies and development of patient programs.

• Skilled and proactive IT Administrator / 3rd Line Support Specialist with 3-5 years of experience.
• Proven hands-on experience in hybrid On-Premise/Cloud IT system administration.
• Certification in MS and other relevant technologies is a plus.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure technologies such as Entra/ActiveDirectory/Group Policies, Virtualization, Storage and Backup solutions.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and security.
• Experience managing network devices and firewalls; HPE Aruba knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with database administration and backup (MsSQL, Oracle) including configuration, monitoring, performance optimization, and backup restoration.
• SQL query development skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Polish and English (spoken and written) at minimum C1 level; German is a plus.
• Experience in professional services or IT outsourcing environments.
• Background in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
• Communicative and open to work in a global and international IT team.

• Provide expert-level support and problem resolution for end-users and internal IT teams and collaborate in international IT projects.
• Ensure system compliance and baseline security with policies and best practices.
• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Entra, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, etc.).
• Configure and maintain the networking environment (switches, firewalls).
• Monitor systems and services to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Support internal users with a focus on responsiveness and technical accuracy.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
