• Very good knowledge of Java, including Java 17+ environment
• Ability to write efficient and optimized code considering execution time and resource usage, following Java standards and best practices
• Ability to analyze existing code, find bugs, and use debugging tools available in chosen IDE
• Experience in software architecture design, including object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and basic UML
• Familiarity with frameworks and technologies such as Spring Boot and gRPC
• Ability to effectively use AI tools (e.g., for programming support, code analysis, or automation) considering information security, data protection, and careful verification of generated results

• Collaborate on server-side software development related to the Yanosik application
• Maintain and enhance the performance of services
• Solve algorithmic problems when implementing innovative solutions
• Establish and develop coding conventions and standards with the team
• Cooperate with Web, Mobile, and DevOps teams
