Automation Tester (EU public)

Britenet is a European IT company with strong Polish roots, trusted by more than 200 business partners worldwide. The project involves development, consulting, and support of IT systems for Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, supporting EU Member States and Schengen-associated countries in managing the EU's external borders and combating cross-border crime.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation
• ISTQB Advanced certification or equivalent 3 years of experience in test design
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education
• Practical knowledge of software testing tools
• Experience with testing using Azure DevOps Test Plans
• Hands-on experience coding in one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or VBS
• Hands-on experience with test automation using Playwright or equivalent
• Experience creating SQL queries
• Experience testing SharePoint based applications
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
• Proficiency in English (certification is an advantage)
• Ability to work hybrid in Warsaw office 5 times per month

• Designs and documents test cases for software systems
• Executes tests
• Executes exploratory test sessions
• Reports test results and found defects
• Interprets test results and reports on test progress and issues
• Cooperates with analysis, architects, software development, and service desk teams
• Reviews project documentation
• Takes test lead role in smaller projects
