Business Analyst

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Strong interviewing, workshop facilitation and business requirements elicitation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand new business and technical areas.
• Ability to communicate clearly and precisely with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Good knowledge of BPMN and UML, as well as practical knowledge of business requirements elicitation and analysis, business environment and process modelling, and software engineering.
• Project experience as a Business Analyst in solutions dedicated to mass-market customers or citizens.
• Ability to present analysis results and recommendations to different stakeholder groups.
• Experience with tools such as Enterprise Architect, JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficiency in Polish (pl) enabling fluent verbal and written communication.

• Participating in IT projects as a Business Analyst.
• Identifying and defining business problems and needs.
• Eliciting, analysing and validating business requirements and preparing business solution recommendations.
• Creating specifications of functional and non-functional requirements and ensuring their quality and consistency.
• Documenting existing business processes, proposing improvements and designing new processes using BPMN.
• Proposing and consulting on business solutions with clients and implementation teams.
• Performing business analysis activities throughout the design, development and testing phases of IT systems.
• Facilitating workshops and meetings with clients.
• Cooperating closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and other project participants.
