RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) using proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. Founded in 2012 and operating in 90+ markets, it offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products to maximize conversion, customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term demand. In 2026, RTB House launched rtb.com, a self-service platform targeting small and medium businesses and agencies for automated creatives. The role supports the Bidding Platform organization, which processes over 24 million requests per second with latency under 50 ms for real-time auctions and ad display.

• Excellent understanding of complex IT systems from hardware to algorithms.
• Proficiency in programming.
• Strong knowledge of Internet protocols and technologies like DNS, HTTP, and cookies.
• Good knowledge of concurrent programming and distributed systems.
• Practical experience monitoring and analyzing production systems.
• Ability to analyze and improve system performance.
• Knowledge of high scalability and high availability issues.
• C1 level in Polish and English.
• Background in Computer Science, Algorithmic complexity, and System Architecture (formal degree, competitive programming, or equivalent).

• Design and program various modules and components supporting over 24 million queries per second and low latency.
• Optimize developed software for response time and resource consumption.
• Ensure reliability and scalability of built solutions.
• Create performance and correctness tests for new system components.
• Analyze new technologies for production applicability.
• Develop tools for monitoring and analyzing production system operation.
• Continuously optimize existing tools and processes.
