Business Analyst

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in change management or operational improvement such as Lean or reengineering programmes.
• Very good command of English and a sound understanding of financial markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to address varied audiences and seniority levels.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze processes, define requirements, design solutions, and coordinate testing.

Nice to have:

• Experience with asset management clients, investment fund vehicles, or Securities Services operations.
• Understanding of the BABOK standard or IIBA certification.
• Knowledge of MS Visio, Power BI, and SQL.

• Analyze processes and design solutions for client and operational needs.
• Deliver business requirements, prepare test plans, and execute or oversee testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product, Technology, Operations, and clients to align solutions with strategic goals.
• Mitigate implementation and project risks and perform root cause analysis of operational problems.
• Manage ad-hoc client and business queries and propose innovative improvements.
• Contribute to project plans, resource estimates, and timelines.
• Support department initiatives and strategic planning.
