• Ability to deliver end-to-end products; demonstrated by working product, side-project, SaaS, or repository.
• Proficient development with AI, e.g. Claude Code, and writing clean code ready for code review.
• Creating and orchestrating AI agents and automation.
• Understanding user acquisition, monetization, MRR, churn, and CAC.
• Extreme independence to define problems, solutions, and their execution.
• Responsibility for outcomes and communicative English.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.

• Full management of portfolio including product, code, marketing, sales, and financial results.
• Scaling portfolio ARR from 500K to 5M PLN.
• Building products with Claude Code and orchestrating AI agents.
• Marketing and distribution using SEO, content, paid campaigns, and growth experiments.
• Monetization covering pricing, sales funnel, conversion, and retention.
• Delegating and coordinating work of Customer Service (20 persons) and Sales (10 persons) teams.
• Making decisions on roadmap, priorities, and budget.

Working conditions:

• Initially working in office in Kraków or Warsaw during regular hours; later remote work flexibility.
• Fixed salary 10–20K PLN plus ESOP dependent on portfolio, budget for AI tools and chosen equipment.
• 26 paid days off per year plus co-financing for medical care, sports card, and language learning.
