.NET Developer with DevOps skills

CSHARK is delivering cloud-native applications for clients in the regulatory and financial technology domain.

• 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Strong, hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET / .NET.
• Solid experience working with SQL Server and relational databases.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating 3rd party services.
• Practical experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Good working knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm.
• Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Jenkins or GitLab.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code, and modern deployment strategies.
• Practical experience integrating AI technologies, including AI agents or AI services.
• Experience working with production systems and understanding scalability, reliability, and security.
• Fluent English (minimum B2+ level).
• Fluent Polish (minimum B2+ level).
• Senior-level autonomy, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
• Background working in regulated, compliance-heavy, or high-availability environments.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code technologies.
• Previous experience taking ownership of applications from development through production.

• Design, develop and maintain scalable applications and services using C# and .NET / ASP.NET.
• Build clean, maintainable, and production-ready code following modern software engineering practices.
• Work with SQL Server and integrate applications with databases and external services.
• Design and implement integrations with 3rd party services and APIs.
• Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to deliver features from development through production.
• Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines, automating build, test, and deployment processes.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm to support containerized applications and production deployments.
• Help improve application reliability, observability, security, and performance.
• Explore and implement practical AI integrations, including AI services or agents.
• Take ownership of technical solutions and contribute to architectural and engineering decisions.
