IAM Specialist - SailPoint IIQ (K/M)

• Experience in IAM, Identity Governance, or Application Security
• Practical experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (SailPoint IIQ)
• Experience managing user accesses, access groups, and/or service accounts
• Good knowledge of access management and application security processes
• Experience in privilege analysis and reviews
• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders
• Independence and analytical problem-solving approach
• Higher education in IT, business, or related field
• Proficient in English (minimum B2/C1)

• Analyze application security and user accesses
• Conduct access reviews and identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary permissions
• Analyze access data and recommend appropriate actions
• Support onboarding of applications and access groups to SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Participate in cleanup of access groups, user accounts, and service accounts
• Collaborate with Business, IT, Application Managers, and system vendors
• Work with IAM/RACF experts to analyze issues and define corrective actions
• Lead and moderate discussions with stakeholders
• Support resolution of conflicts regarding requirements and priorities
• Identify risks and propose mitigation methods
• Assist in change management and scope control for projects
