Product Owner

• Practical experience creating advanced agents executing complex multi-system processes and integrations.
• Responsibility for product vision, roadmap, implementation, and production maintenance (not only consulting).
• Minimum one year working with GenAI products in production environments with measurable quality and user feedback.
• Ability to manage hallucinations, context window, model variability, and inference costs in backlog.
• Designed agent autonomy, knowing what agents do independently, suggest, or require human confirmation.
• Understanding of GenAI product economics including model choice impact on unit cost, latency, and margin.
• Experience conducting discovery and evaluating if automation problems are worthwhile and verifying product hypotheses.

• Lead product vision, define development direction, priorities, and roadmap based on business value, model constraints, and technological risks.
• Design agent behaviors, determine autonomy levels, fallbacks, user interactions, and error communication methods.
• Manage product economics including controlling unit operation costs, model choices' impact on margin, latency, and stability.
• Collaborate with technical teams including GenAI engineers, analysts, UX, legal/compliance, and security; make product decisions based on their data and recommendations.
• Conduct discovery and validate problems via interviews, process mapping, automation sensibility assessment, and product hypothesis definition.
• Conduct experiments including A/B tests, rollouts, feature flags, iterative agent autonomy increase, and risk control.
• Ensure regulatory compliance considering AI Act, GDPR, auditability, and transparency.
• Maintain production product by monitoring stability, reacting to model regressions, updating LLM versions, and quality impact.
