Project Manager

Develtio is a Software House building custom websites and applications for companies with specific goals. It has branches in Katowice and Warsaw, with a fully implemented remote work standard, and a team of over 25 people focused on delivering quality products.

• Minimum one year of experience in IT project management.
• Experience in team management.
• Excellent organization of own and team work.
• Ability to work under time pressure and changing priorities.
• High communication skills for cooperation with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to persuade and present solutions, handle client objections, and explain company proposals.
• Negotiation and assertiveness skills for setting priorities and schedules.
• Multitasking across multiple clients and topics.
• Client-oriented with high-quality service and company interest balance.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with task and communication management tools (e.g., Jira, Google environment).
• Ability to create schedules, reports, and backlogs.
• Basic technical knowledge (e.g., CMS, e-commerce systems, API integration).
• Knowledge of maintenance processes (incident response, escalation).
• English language proficiency at B2 level, necessary for client contact and documentation work.

• Participate in managing a multi-person team.
• Manage project deadlines, budgets, and profitability.
• Collaborate with the sales department and attend meetings with potential clients.
• Plan project resources and manage changes.
• Communicate with Polish- and English-speaking clients.
• Set priorities with other Project Managers.
• Maintain client relationships and company interests.
