• Experience in administration, maintenance, or ownership of business applications.
• Experience working with applications based on Java.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience in production environment incident, problem, and change handling.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, especially Grafana and Zabbix.
• Knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL.
• Experience cooperating with IT Security teams and handling vulnerabilities.
• Understanding of application deployment and maintenance handover processes.
• Experience working with CMDB.
• Experience cooperating with external IT suppliers and knowledge of SLA principles.
• Basic knowledge of Disaster Recovery, RTO/RPO, and Business Continuity.
• Ability to coordinate activities of multiple teams and suppliers.
• High level of independence and responsibility.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business units.
• Good knowledge of English language.

• Provide technical support for business applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Oversee availability, stability, and correct operation of applications.
• Coordinate incident, failure, problem, and production defect handling.
• Analyze causes of issues and initiate preventive measures.
• Collaborate on monitoring and observability development.
• Supervise metrics, alerts, and dashboards in Grafana and Zabbix.
• Coordinate security vulnerability handling and cooperate with IT Security teams.
• Participate in change and deployment processes, verifying production readiness.
• Define technical acceptance criteria for applications and new features including monitoring, documentation, security, performance, and rollback procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding of new applications and components for maintenance.
• Maintain up-to-date information in CMDB.
• Cooperate with external suppliers and supervise contract and SLA fulfillment.
• Monitor supplier service quality and escalate issues.
• Participate as maintenance and production readiness representative in development projects.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, IT Business Partners, technical teams, and business units.
• Participate in preparing Disaster Recovery procedures, defining RTO/RPO, and recovery tests.
• Recommend improvements to enhance application stability, security, and maintenance efficiency.
