Requirements Engineer Customer Experience Optimizely and Salesforce

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, IT, Marketing, Sales or related field
• Several years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis or similar roles
• Experience in B2B and international environments
• Strong understanding of User-Centered Design principles
• Experience with enterprise CMS and/or CRM platforms
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely and/or Salesforce highly desirable
• Experience supporting web and application development projects
• Good understanding of agile methodologies
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to understand business needs and translate into clear requirements
• Ability to lead workshops and design processes
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
• Independent, structured, and quality-oriented approach

• Gather, analyze and prioritize business and customer requirements

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
