• Completed studies in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or comparable practical experience
• Minimum 8 years in Software Engineering with at least 5 years in backend development with Python in production
• Fluency in English (B2) and Polish (A2); knowledge of German is a plus
• Experience architecting and scaling production-grade applications in Python
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies including AI Agents, RAG, MCP, and AI system quality assurance
• Proven experience with managed cloud services including AWS or Azure, AI services, storage, and databases
• Experience deploying containerized applications in scalable environments like Kubernetes
• Managing API integrations and coordinating with AI platforms and internal systems
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and code quality assurance skills
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, proactive and growth-oriented mindset
• Experience with frameworks for AI agent construction such as LangChain and LangGraph is a plus
• Experience designing complex multi-agent systems and adaptive decision logic is an advantage
• Understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific tasks is an asset

• Architect, design, and maintain custom tools and middleware for AI agent integration
• Lead development of APIs, connectors, and interfaces ensuring secure and scalable communication
• Design, implement, and test multi-agent workflows and adaptive decision logic
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices
• Identify and resolve technical and operational roadblocks
• Collaborate with AI Prompt & Agent Engineers and Data Engineers for system optimization
• Optimize prompts and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for applications
• Lead development of scalable backend services and cloud platform orchestration
• Coordinate API integrations with external and internal AI platforms and MCP servers
• Maintain technical documentation and continuous process improvements
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
