• Basic knowledge of testing theory (types of tests, test cases, bug life cycle)
• At least 2 years of experience in manual software testing for Mid level; for Junior level, initial experience, completed courses, or own projects
• Ability to write clear and concrete bug reports
• Basic knowledge of SQL (simple queries to verify data)
• Good organization, accuracy, and communication skills
• English language skills sufficient to read technical documentation
• Curiosity and attention to detail

Nice to have:

• Experience testing desktop applications (e.g., WPF)
• Ability to test APIs (e.g., using Postman)
• Experience with test management tools
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and working in the Scrum methodology
• Initial experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)
• ISTQB Foundation Level certificate

• Designing and executing test scenarios and cases based on requirements
• Manual testing of desktop applications (mainly WPF), APIs, and an internal web application using React
• Performing functional, regression, and exploratory tests
• Reporting and verifying defects in issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, YouTrack)
• Close cooperation with developers and the Product Owner within the team
• Participating in team meetings (planning, review, retrospective)
• Verifying fixes and participating in acceptance testing
• Maintaining completeness and up-to-date test documentation
