• Strong experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead in technology delivery.
• Practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile delivery with pragmatic application.
• Advanced Jira and JQL skills with governance focus.
• Strong Confluence and knowledge-management skills.
• Confident communication skills to coach, challenge, and align teams.
• Practical experience using AI tools for reporting, governance, and delivery efficiency.
• Experience improving Ways of Working or delivery standards is an advantage.

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Refinement, Daily Scrums, Reviews, and Retrospectives aligned with the Scrum Guide and values.
• Coordinate pre-planning technical alignment and capacity for Sprint commitments.
• Champion and set clear expectations for agreed Ways of Working.
• Ensure backlog readiness, delivery governance, and release processes adherence.
• Coach the team towards ownership, maturity, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a Jira SME including advanced JQL, boards, workflows, roadmaps, and dashboards.
• Maintain strong Jira hygiene for ticket statuses, links, and dependencies.
• Use Jira data to improve delivery transparency and risk identification.
• Use AI tools to reduce administration and improve reporting and governance.
• Identify opportunities to automate activities and summarize risks and actions.
• Maintain high-quality Confluence content and assist team navigation of processes.
• Communicate clearly across Engineering, BA, Product, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery rhythm including ceremonies, holidays, protection periods, and capacity.
