Project Manager for Insurance Sector

• Minimum 7 years professional experience in IT projects for Insurance, preferably P&C lines.
• Comprehensive understanding of insurance carrier operations and core business processes.
• Experience in functional design and IT solution implementation as PM, Team Lead, or Lead BA.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to apply delivery methodology for planning and risk control.
• Ability to build and lead well-performing teams and resolve issues autonomously.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills ensuring quality deliverables.
• Creativity, resourcefulness, and proactivity in solving complex problems.
• Eligibility to work full-time in Poland and the EU.
• English language proficiency at minimum C1 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience in implementation-related or strategic consulting in insurance.
• Ability to build lasting positive client and C-Level relationships.
• Knowledge of German or French.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of work time.

• Lead IT implementation or advisory projects for Insurance combining consulting and project management skills.
• Oversee projects from initiation to closure, managing timelines, scope, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Supervise business analysis and solution design via client workshops and communication.
• Act as team leader for small agile cross-functional delivery teams and support junior team members' growth.
• Build relationships with key client stakeholders as a trustworthy advisor.
• Lead or support B2B business development, including cross-selling and up-selling.
• Coordinate preparation and presentation of proposals for clients' decision makers.
• Communicate professionally with clients, managing expectations even in challenging situations.
