Mid/Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET + React) | International Insurtech Product

Polcode is a Poland-based software house working with clients worldwide since 2006. They build web, mobile, and eCommerce products for startups and well-established companies across Europe, the US, and beyond. The team consists of almost 100 professionals helping build and improve digital businesses, software platforms, and applications. The project is an insurance domain product involving transformation from legacy on-premises to cloud-based SaaS.

• Strong commercial experience with .NET / C#
• Good hands-on knowledge of React.js
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs and working with webhooks
• Experience with relational databases
• Understanding of SaaS architecture and multi-tenancy concepts
• Experience in the insurance / Insurtech domain
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for complex tasks
• Flexibility to work on backend, frontend, maintenance, integrations, and new development
• Strong communication skills to discuss progress and technical decisions clearly
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level

• Develop backend business logic using .NET / C#
• Build and maintain REST API integrations with insurance companies and external services
• Contribute to transition from on-premises architecture to cloud-based multi-tenant SaaS
• Work on multi-tenancy concepts including database and schema isolation
• Develop and improve responsive React.js interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Support RTL / Hebrew-oriented frontend views
• Maintain and refactor legacy code improving performance, security, and architecture
• Work with integrations such as WhatsApp and automated dialer systems
• Contribute to AI and bot integrations using MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Use AI-assisted development tools in daily workflow

100% remote work available only within Poland. Fluent English (B2/C1) required for communication in an international team. Hebrew language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
