• 5+ years of overall experience in project management
• Proven background working as a PM in the iGaming industry (experience within a B2B slot provider is a significant advantage)
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and flexible application in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to manage scope, time, and resources effectively without compromising product quality
• Excellent English skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing complex workflows in ClickUp

• Oversee and manage the entire slot development lifecycle, from initial concept and requirement gathering to final release
• Own project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and day-to-day delivery across multiple games
• Synchronize workflows between creative and technical departments to ensure alignment and proper pacing
• Proactively identify production bottlenecks and implement workflow adjustments to eliminate them
• Manage delivery pipeline and release schedules to ensure all titles meet milestones
• Prepare clear status updates, generate progress reports for stakeholders, and track key delivery KPIs and metrics
